Approve, edit and reject are disabled in this build. In production each action is a server mutation that requires a live Supabase session, writes the decision to the audit log, and is attributed to the approving user.
5 in queueHow a release is recorded
A release writes four things at once: the approving user, the timestamp, the exact message body that was sent, and the draft version it came from. Editing a draft invalidates the policy check and sends it back through the pipeline — a message can never be approved in one state and sent in another.

Nothing below the analytics tier executes without an authorised human decision, and consequential decisions are never initiated by the intelligence layer.
Runs automatically
Queue depth, dwell time and approval rate are measured automatically. Backlog detection is what raises a communication alert.
Requires authorisation
This queue is the assist tier made explicit: the AI prepares and checks, a person releases. The model has no send capability at all.
Human decision only
Escalation drafts are never auto-released under any configuration. A named user must press approve, and that name is attached to the record permanently.
